Carol models our new laundry room/Garage!

We need to take a better picture- it's not really all crooked, and the floor is painted nicely. The backsplash and a few tile details (like kick panels) are not yet done, but we're pretty excited.

next, the bathroom :-)

Zachary is FOUR!

Today is Zack's fourth birthday. I cannot believe our "baby" has grown up so much! We had a very nice birthday party yesterday, and several of his friends came. The kids made "monster" puppets and played a blindfolded "make a monster" game. Then we swam and ate cake. It was a good party! Also, he received a lot of really great presents!

Summer begins

A quick thought: I think we're supposed to feel different now that our first kid is going to Kindergarten. It didn't really sink in until graduation was over. Siena is really done with preschool now! And, if all goes well, Zachary will start in one year. We're selling our high chair and other baby-related items. This must be where time starts zipping by, and next time we blink, it's prom night. I'm often told that the time passes so quickly, but so far it hasn't seemed that way. It does, though, seem like a hundred years since we used that old high chair.

By the way, Zacky is pretty close to being potty-trained now. Selling their changing table - now that will really blow us away!
