California is nice, too

Though we'd rather be on the beach in Australia, things aren't so terrible here. We've had some fun. Mom and the kids and I went to the beach in Santa Cruz, swam in our pool, went to a fun "carnival" at school, and have been eating well. I always chuckle at the pictures Rich posts of faraway exotic lands, versus the pics I put up of elementary school and our front yard. But, hey, we actually left Los Altos this week :).
